You may make your monthly Rental payment or other payment here up to a maximum of $800 each payment. For larger payments, a check or bank bill payment is preferred and saves you processing fees.
We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover, Amex or PayPal when paid here through RentUTK.com. Note we cannot accept payments made directly from PayPal or other online payment services which deduct a fee from the amount sent.
Please note Online Payments are subject to an additional convenience fee of $19 per payment to cover processing costs.
